Alteria Capital Fund II

Overview

Alteria Capital received SEBI approval in December 2020 for its second venture debt fund, targeting Rs 1,000 crore but seeing demand for double that amount, ultimately closing at Rs 1,800 crore -- the largest venture debt fund raised in India at the time. Following this close, Alteria Capital's AUM reached Rs 2,750 crore across its first two venture debt funds.
