Overview

Alteria Capital, India's leading venture debt fund (backer of Zepto), announced the final close of its oversubscribed third fund's venture debt scheme at Rs 1,550 crore ($195 million), against an initial Rs 1,000 crore target. Under a twin-scheme structure, Fund III also includes a shorter-duration working-capital scheme (targeting ~$105 million), with total Fund III size expected to reach $250-300 million across both schemes, deploying to 100-125 companies by December 2026.
