Amicus Capital Partners made the final close of its second buyout fund, India Fund II, at $214 million (Rs 1,766 crore), exceeding its $200 million target. Launched in March 2023 as a Category II AIF under SEBI, the fund backs small and medium-sized Indian private companies, with participation from sovereign funds, fund-of-funds, insurance companies, family offices, and HNIs.
