Overview

Arnya Real Estate Fund, in partnership with Mumbai developer Supreme Universal, launched a residential-redevelopment equity platform for Mumbai and Pune (base corpus Rs 500 crore plus Rs 500 crore greenshoe, target Rs 1,250 crore), announcing first close at Rs 1,030 crore in late 2025. Combined with its debt strategy and direct investments, Arnya expects AUM to reach ~Rs 2,500 crore by June 2026.
