CapitaLand India Growth Fund 2 (CIGF2) is a Singapore-sponsored real estate fund targeting S$525 million to invest in Grade A business parks in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune, with a first closing securing S$263 million from a global institutional investor. Parent CapitaLand Investment plans to more than double its India funds-under-management from S$7.4 billion by 2028.
