Overview

DMI Alternatives, a New Delhi-based alternative asset manager founded in 2017, manages multiple AIF schemes across three strategies -- Real Estate (OKAS), Venture Capital (DMI Sparkle Fund), and Private Credit. Its corporate private credit fund closed at $120 million, while a separate real-estate scheme achieved final close at $250 million (Rs 1,600 crore).
