Fundamentum Fund III

Overview

Fundamentum Fund III is the third vehicle of Fundamentum Partnership, an Indian growth-stage investment firm co-founded by Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani and Sanjeev Aggarwal, launched July 2026 targeting approximately Rs 2,200 crore (~$200M, including a Rs 400 crore greenshoe). As the fund launched, Nilekani stepped down from his General Partner role at Fundamentum, remaining as anchor investor and continuing to advise the firm and mentor portfolio companies; Sanjeev Aggarwal continues as a lead partner. First close had not yet been announced as of the fund's launch, with fundraising expected to conclude over 12-18 months while capital deployment had already begun.
