Gruhas, co-founded by Nikhil Kamath and Abhijeet Pai, launched the "Earth Fund" -- a Rs 300 crore (~$36 million) Category II AIF (Rs 200 crore committed capital plus Rs 100 crore greenshoe) targeting proptech and sustainability startups, investing $1-2 million each in 10-15 pre-Series A/Series A companies across real estate, construction, and clean technology.
