HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund 2 (H-CARE-2) is a $550 million, closed, 2017-vintage real estate debt fund co-managed by Housing Development Finance Corporation and HDFC Capital, with the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) as its sole limited partner. Combined with H-CARE-1, the two funds form a $1.1 billion platform targeting affordable and mid-income residential projects across 20 Indian cities.
