Ivycap Ventures Trust Fund III

Overview

IvyCap Ventures announced final close of Fund III at Rs 2,100 crore (basic corpus Rs 1,500 crore plus an additional Rs 600 crore raised), nearly 4x the size of Fund II, with 90% domestic capital including the IIT Alumni Trust and several family offices as LPs. This closing brought IvyCap's total AUM to Rs 5,000 crore (~$600 million). The fund plans ~25 Series A investments (Rs 30-50 crore average).
