Jamwant Ventures Fund 1

Overview

Jamwant Ventures was founded in 2023 by former Indian Navy officers Navneet Kushik and Kartik Gopal, along with Jyotsana Dalal, focused on backing defence, deeptech, and nation-building startups. Its maiden fund had a target corpus of Rs 40 crore. The firm has since partnered with Aavishkaar Group to launch a Rs 500 crore defence/deeptech-focused Fund 2, aiming to support 20-25 startups with average cheque sizes of $1-5 million.
