Karnataka Information Technology Venture Capital Fund - 2 (KITVEN Fund - 2) is a Rs 26.25 crore, SEBI-registered Venture Capital Fund launched in FY 2008-09, part of a Karnataka government initiative to encourage entrepreneurship (the original KITVEN Fund was Rs 15 crore, launched FY 1999-2000; later editions include a Rs 20 crore AVGC-sector fund and KITVEN Fund-5 targeting Rs 100 crore).
