DATA QUALITY FLAG: multiple distinct firms share the "Synergy Capital" name. Dubai-based Synergy Capital reached first close of its Asia-focused Fund III at $715 million (70%+ of a $1B target). A separate "Synergy Capital Partners" is described as India's first fund dedicated to "Early-Growth" stage companies (annualised revenue Rs 75-300 crore), but its own AIF size was not found. Given the name ambiguity, no fund size was applied to avoid misattributing figures from the wrong entity.
