Unicorn India Ventures Debt Fund is a venture debt vehicle announced with a total corpus target of $92.3 million (Rs 600 crore), making first close at approximately $30.89 million (Rs 200 crore) in March 2018. The fund plans to invest in about 10 companies a year, with an average ticket size of $3 million (Rs 20 crore), distinct from Unicorn India Ventures' separate deep-tech equity fund series (Fund III closed at Rs 1,200 crore).
