Churchill Asset Management LLC is an investment-specialist affiliate of Nuveen (TIAA's asset manager) providing customized debt, equity co-investment, and fund-commitment financing to U.S. middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Together with sister firm Arcmont Asset Management it forms Nuveen Private Capital (~$97B), and Churchill itself manages over $66 billion of committed capital with roughly 225 investment/operating professionals.
