IIFL Fintech Fund

Overview

IIFL Fintech Fund is an early-stage venture capital vehicle sponsored by IIFL Finance Limited, part of the IIFL Group, investing in Indian fintech and financial-services-technology startups from seed through growth. Launched August 2021 out of the earlier "IIFLDisrupt" mentorship program, it functions as a captive/strategic investment arm of IIFL Group across two fund vintages, with Fund II final close at Rs 500 crore in January 2026.
