Overview

Third Point Ventures is the venture capital arm of Third Point LLC, the New York-based hedge fund founded in 1995 by Daniel S. Loeb. Operating out of Menlo Park since 2000 and led by Managing Partner Robert Schwartz, it makes early-to-growth-stage investments in enterprise software, fintech, cybersecurity, and healthcare technology, investing off Third Point's balance sheet and a dedicated venture fund raised in 2021.
