360 ONE WAM, founded 2008 by Karan Bhagat, Yatin Shah, and Amit Shah as IIFL Wealth Management (a subsidiary of IIFL Holdings), rebranded to 360 ONE in November 2022. Adopted a fee-based advisory model when commission-based distribution was still India's industry standard. Reported roughly Rs7.11 lakh crore (~$75bn) AUM as of Q3 FY26 across wealth management, asset management, portfolio management, corporate treasury, lending, and estate planning, operating from 27 Indian offices plus a presence in 5 other countries.
