Agrofert, founded January 1993 in Prague by Andrej Babis with four co-workers, grew from a small startup into a multinational group of 230+ subsidiaries and 30,000+ employees across agriculture, food, and chemicals. Babis separately holds substantial investments through the Hartenberg fund and Imoba.
