Overview

Angelini Holding is the parent of Angelini Industries, founded 1919 in Ancona by 32-year-old pharmacist Francesco Angelini and two partners as a medicines producer. Over a century later, still family-guided with a long-term, growth-before-immediate-profit philosophy, operating directly in 21 countries (~5,600 employees, ~EUR1.7bn annual revenue) across pharma, personal care, machinery, wine, and perfumery. Angelini Ventures, its venture arm, signed a EUR150M co-financing agreement with the European Investment Bank (2025) to back European startups.
