A.P. Moller Holding, established 2013 as the investment arm of the A.P. Moller Foundation, is the Mærsk family's holding company, headquartered in Copenhagen. As of December 2024 held 43.44% of A.P. Møller-Mærsk's share capital and 51.45% of voting control. Chaired by Ane Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller (also Chair of the A.P. Moller Foundation); her son Robert Maersk Uggla serves as CEO.
