Overview

Bracco S.p.A., founded 1927 by Elio Bracco in Milan, is a private, family-owned global leader in diagnostic imaging. Diana Bracco has led the group as CEO/President since 1999 (succeeding her father Fulvio, who took over from founder Elio's son). Reinvests 10% of imaging-diagnostics turnover into R&D; acquired Blue Earth Diagnostics (2019) and established Blue Earth Therapeutics (2021) to expand into oncology imaging and radiopharmaceutical therapies. Consolidated turnover exceeds EUR1.7bn, ~3,700 employees, 2,500+ patents.
