The Brooks McCormick Jr. Trust for Animal Rights Law and Policy, based in Downers Grove, IL, is the philanthropic vehicle honoring the late Brooks McCormick Jr. (d. 2015), founding benefactor of the Brooks Institute for Animal Rights Law and Policy. Contributed $3.9M+ in grants in 2023 alone; its signature gift established a $10M endowment (2021) for the Brooks McCormick Jr. Animal Law & Policy Program at Harvard Law School, which also runs a hands-on Animal Law & Policy Clinic.
