Bureau of Public Service Pension Fund (BPSPF)

Overview

Taiwan government pension fund covering civil servants, public-school teachers, political appointees and military personnel. Restructured on 1 July 2023 into the Bureau of Public Service Pension Fund (BPSPF), which oversees both the legacy defined-benefit plan and a newly introduced defined-contribution plan; the defined-benefit plan alone held approximately NT$736.5 billion (USD 23.68 billion) as of April 2023.
