Private investment holding company of Hong Kong's Cheng family, incorporated in British Hong Kong on 10 August 1966. Sits alongside the listed Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group (founded 1929) and New World Development as the family's main vehicle for unlisted holdings across real estate, hospitality, infrastructure and financial services; Forbes estimates Cheng family-controlled assets at over USD 25 billion. Currently co-led by Henry Cheng's family, including son Christopher Cheng as co-CEO of the enterprises arm.
