Colorado Health Institute (CHI), established 2002 with initial funding from The Colorado Trust, Caring for Colorado, and Rose Community Foundation, is a nonprofit public health institute providing nonpartisan, independent, evidence-based data and analysis to support Colorado health-policy decision-makers, community groups, and industry leaders.
