Edizione S.p.A. (originally Edizione Holding), established 1981 in Treviso, Italy, is the financial holding company wholly owned in equal shares by the four Benetton siblings. Follows a long-term, internationally diversified investment policy blending ownership with professional management, having progressively diversified beyond the founding textile business into transportation infrastructure (Mundys), digital infrastructure (Cellnex), food/beverage and travel retail (Avolta), and manufacturing (the Benetton brand itself). 2024 revenue: EUR10.1bn.
