Overview

Established on 13 November 2007 by Emiri decree as the first sovereign wealth fund representing the whole UAE federation (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah). It remains one of the least-disclosed sovereign vehicles in the Gulf.
