French mutual insurance group. Its asset-management arm, Groupama Asset Management (AMF-approved GP93-02, founded 1993), runs private-markets fund-of-funds strategies -- private equity, private debt, infrastructure -- via vehicles such as 'Groupama Multi Private Assets', while a separate dedicated legal entity, Groupama Private Equity Invest (SAS), subscribes to and holds private-equity fund interests directly.
