Overview

ICG Enterprise Trust, founded July 15, 1981 (as F&C Enterprise Trust, later Graphite Enterprise Trust), is a London-listed, FTSE 250-constituent private equity investment trust. Acquired by parent Intermediate Capital Group (ICG, founded 1989 by six entrepreneurs) in 2015. ICG's total group AUM reached $126bn as of March 2026.
