Overview
State-owned non-bank financial services investment holding company (Persero), originally incorporated in 1973 as PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia and rebranded Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) at its October 2020 relaunch; parent of state insurers Jasa Raharja, Askrindo, Jasindo and Jamkrindo plus asset-management and investment-management subsidiaries, with consolidated assets of Rp72.5 trillion reported at the 2020 launch. Distinct from its former venture-capital subsidiary PT Bahana Artha Ventura, sold to Bank Rakyat Indonesia in 2017 and now operating as BRI Ventures.
