Overview

Interogo Holding, founded 2016 and based in Switzerland, is wholly owned by the Interogo Foundation and holds the investment businesses that were split off when Inter IKEA Group was restructured (Inter IKEA Holding B.V. in the Netherlands took the IKEA-related operating businesses). Its purpose is safeguarding the IKEA Concept for the long term. Invests via private equity (direct, funds, secondaries, co-investments), long-term significant equity stakes in profitable/sustainable European companies, infrastructure providing essential long-term societal services, and liquid assets.
