Overview

Family investment/family office of Fiona Geminder (nee Pratt, daughter of the late Richard Pratt) and her husband Raphael Geminder (also executive chairman of Pact Group). Founded 2000; sector-agnostic, investing across food, technology and manufacturing at both early/later stage and control/non-control. Not to be confused with Anthony Pratt (Fiona's brother), who has no dedicated named family office of his own, or with the Pratt Foundation (a separate philanthropic charity, not an investment vehicle). AUM figures circulating in secondary aggregators (~A$1.5bn) are unofficial and left out of the AUM field; exact HQ city not confirmed from primary sources.
