Overview

Kulczyk Investments, headquartered in Luxembourg and operating in 30+ countries across four continents, was reorganized in 2007 from Kulczyk Holding (founded 1991 by Polish businessman Jan Kulczyk, a key figure in Poland's post-communist economic transformation). Active in energy, infrastructure, chemicals, and mineral resources, with a strategy that has shifted toward medium-size, effectively-managed new-technology companies needing capital and know-how. Now in its third/fourth generation, led by CEO Sebastian Kulczyk; Polish domestic activities run through separate entity Kulczyk Holding SA.
