Overview

Lunate, launched 2023 in the Abu Dhabi Global Market by Chimera Investment (part of a business overseen by Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE national security adviser and brother of President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed), is an independent alternative-investment manager that has grown from over $50bn to more than $115bn in AUM. Announced a long-term strategic partnership with Brevan Howard in August 2025 to build an Abu Dhabi-domiciled investment platform.
