Medical Research Future Fund

Overview

Australian Government sovereign investment fund established under the Medical Research Future Fund Act 2015, funding health and medical research. Invested and managed by the Future Fund Board of Guardians (the same statutory body that manages the separate, much larger main Future Fund) alongside the Commonwealth's other special-purpose investment funds. Reported at A$24.83 billion as of September 2025.
