Overview

Atlantic Grupa d.d. is the publicly listed South East European food/beverage group Tedeschi built up (via acquisitions including Droga Kolinska in 2010); it is not his personal holding entity. On 29 July 2022, Tedeschi established Myberg d.o.o. (registered Britanski trg 4, Zagreb; company activity code L64210, holding company activities) as sole founder and transferred all his Atlantic Grupa shares into it. Myberg reported 2024 revenue of EUR 8.80 million and net profit of EUR 8.26 million (dividend income from its Atlantic Grupa stake).
