Overview

Privately-held Hong Kong conglomerate founded 27 May 1954 by Chen Din Hwa as a small textile company; now spans property development (its core business across Greater China), shipping, textiles and financial services. Its financial-investment arm, Nan Fung Trinity (HK) Limited, manages a multi-asset portfolio -- public securities, structured products, private direct investments and private fund-of-funds -- for the Nan Fung family and third-party institutional/professional investors; the group also runs Nan Fung Life Sciences, a global life-sciences investment platform led by Group CEO Vincent Cheng.
