Overview

The Oxford Endowment Fund is managed by Oxford University Endowment Management (OUem), set up by the University of Oxford in 2007 following a review led by Sir Alan Budd. OUem is a wholly-owned University subsidiary managing GBP6bn+ globally across public and private markets.
