Overview

Karl Fazer opened his first French-Russian confectionery in Helsinki on September 17, 1891, building the business on craftsmanship, high-quality ingredients, and artist-designed packaging; the first Finnish confectionery industrial operation followed in 1894. Fazer Group remains owned by Karl Fazer's descendants today, employing 6,000+ people across Finland, Sweden, the Baltics, Denmark, Norway, and Poland, exporting to 40+ countries.
