Pantheon International plc, established 1987 (parent Pantheon Ventures founded 1982), is a UK-listed private equity investment trust providing diversified access to global private equity. Parent Pantheon manages ~$60.9bn (2023) across private equity, infrastructure, real assets, and debt on behalf of 660 institutional investors (pension plans, insurers, endowments, foundations). Strategy has shifted materially over the past decade -- from an all-primary-fund portfolio in 2013 to a substantial current allocation toward direct co-investments alongside primary and secondary fund investments.
