Overview

PPF Group, founded 1991 in the Czech Republic by Petr Kellner, operates in 25 countries across financial services (including Home Credit consumer finance), telecommunications, engineering, and biotechnology. Following Kellner's 2021 death, his 98.93% stake passed to his wife Renata and family, who are consolidating family assets into a new AMALAR superholding structure to simplify ownership. Under CEO Jean-Pascal Duvieusart's predecessor strategy, the group has exited most Asian consumer-finance operations and closed Russian operations, pivoting toward developed Western markets alongside a 2026 relocation of its legal domicile to the Czech Republic.
