Overview

"Cyfrowy Polsat" is the publicly listed operating company, not Zygmunt Solorz's personal holding vehicle. His actual control vehicle is the TiVi Foundation (registered seat Ruggell, Liechtenstein, reg. no. FL-0002.394.367-5), which together with the Solkomtel Foundation holds Solorz's majority stake (TiVi alone holds 69.13% of Cyfrowy Polsat's voting rights). As of late 2025/early 2026 the foundations are the subject of an active succession dispute: a Liechtenstein court upheld a transfer of control from Zygmunt Solorz to his children (Tobias Solorz, Piotr Żak, Aleksandra Żak), with Solorz removed from the Cyfrowy Polsat supervisory board. Treat current beneficial-control facts as unsettled pending further litigation.
