Trema International Holdings, founded around 1992 originally as a financial software business (sold 2006 to private equity for $150M), is the investment vehicle of Finnish entrepreneur Kaj Hed, founder and CEO of Global Inter Partners AB. Hed invested EUR1M into his son Mikael's startup Rovio Entertainment (founded 2003, creator of Angry Birds), holding 69.7% of Rovio through Trema before its 2017 IPO diluted his stake to 36.6%.
