USK Capital, the single family office of Uday Kotak, was established following his 2023-24 departure as CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank (India's third-largest private-sector lender, ~$47bn market cap, in which the Kotak family retains a substantial holding). Made its first-ever international and first-ever consumer-sector investment via the 2025 acquisition of a majority stake in US healthy-snacking brand Go Raw, executed through an overseas entity under the RBI's overseas direct investment route -- signaling a strategic move into global diversification and health-conscious consumer categories.
