Vertex Holdings (Temasek)

Overview

Vertex Holdings, founded 1988 as the corporate venture arm of engineering conglomerate Singapore Technologies, was acquired by Temasek Holdings in 2004 (after an earlier fund network unwound post dot-com) and relaunched in 2008. Now a wholly-owned Temasek subsidiary and one of Singapore's oldest and largest VC platforms, led by Group President & CEO Chua Kee Lock.
